Our Story

When I was 14 years old I got my very first job making New Orleans Style Sno-Balls back in my home state of South Carolina.  That summer, I learned a lot.  Especially about values.  I learned about the value of a dollar, the value of a good, hard day’s work, and the value of creating something beautiful from scratch by the sweat of one’s brow.  Most importantly though, I learned how to make a really, really good Sno-Ball.   

I loved that job.  I loved it so much that I did it again, and again, and again, for 7 whole summers!  Now, over one decade after first discovering my love for making (and eating!) Sno-Balls during that first fateful summer, I have my very own Sno-Ball business with my beautiful wife Lisa.

We are proud to bring delicious, high quality, New Orleans Style Sno-Balls to Pueblo West and the surrounding area.  We are  proud to be a part of this community and to provide a place for spending time with family and friends, beating the heat, eating good food, and making summer memories that will last a lifetime.  Come and join us!
